D-Pace will custom-design and manufacture a complete commercial ion source and injection line system to meet individual customer constraints and specifications, within an agreed-upon time period.  Deliverables include a complete set of ion source and injection line hardware, or a turnkey system including controls, power supplies and vacuum system.
