D-Pace vacuum chambers are designed to maintain the integrity of a high-vacuum environment, utilizing o-rings or metal seals, as per customer requirements.  If metal seals are required, aluminum/stainless steel bi-metal flanges from Atlas Technologies are used.  Where possible, D-Pace vacuum chambers are machined from a single piece of aluminum.
