D‑Pace on-boards new Global Strategic Sales Manager.
Nelson, BC – October 5, 2026 – D‑Pace Inc., a global leader in ion source and related technology for the commercial particle accelerator market, today announced the hiring of Micah Ching as its new Global Strategic Sales Manager. Micah brings more than a decade of experience commercializing complex scientific and research technologies across North America and Asia-Pacific.
Most recently, he served in sales leadership roles with g.tec Neurotechnology, where he led market development, strategic account growth, and customer engagement for advanced neurotechnology systems.
At D‑Pace, Micah will spearhead our efforts to identify and develop new strategic sales opportunities worldwide, strengthen relationships with customers and partners, and help establish enhanced sales processes and capabilities as we continue to scale our business and expand our global presence.
His unique combination of technical expertise, international business development experience, and consultative sales leadership makes him an outstanding addition to the team.
