Dave leads D‑Pace’s ion source technologies research team and guides the company’s strategic R&D direction. With more than 30 years of engineering experience across medical, industrial, and research sectors, he brings a systems‑level approach to complex, multidisciplinary projects. A professional engineer with degrees in mechanical and biomedical engineering, Dave is known for bridging technical depth with practical execution. For him, working at D‑Pace in Nelson, BC represents an ideal blend of meaningful innovation, a talented and collaborative team, and the chance to spend time in the surrounding mountains and rivers he loves.
