Micah Ching is a business development and commercial strategy leader with more than 10 years of experience helping organizations adopt advanced scientific and technology-based solutions across North America and Asia-Pacific. He has a proven track record of developing new markets, building strategic customer relationships, and driving growth in highly technical industries.
Before joining D‑Pace, Micah held sales leadership roles with g.tec Neurotechnology, where he led market development and strategic account growth for advanced neurotechnology systems. He also established and managed regional operations in Asia-Pacific, creating partnerships with leading research and healthcare institutions.
At D‑Pace, Micah leads global strategic sales initiatives, helping customers identify innovative ion source and accelerator solutions while expanding partnerships and strengthening the company’s commercial capabilities worldwide.
Micah holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Biomedical Engineering from the University of Hong Kong and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP).
