Vacuum Box, ES-4 (Dual, CF, Imperial)
This vacuum box is used to mount one or two D-Pace ES-4 Emittance Scanners probes. Two ES-4 emittance scanner probes to provide xx’ and yy’ scans in the same plane. The emittance scanner controller utilizes interlocks to prevent collisions.
This vacuum box is made from aluminum, but has stainless steel Imperial CF flanges. The stainless steel CF flanges seal with the aluminum vacuum box using O-rings. The vacuum box includes emittance scanner blankoffs and two instrumentation ports.
