Justin Cunningham

Justin Cunningham is the a Technical Product manager and Electrical Team Lead at D-Pace, where he leads both large, turnkey system project management as well as the the design, integration, and delivery of electrical, power, and control systems for ion source and particle accelerator platforms. With 8 years of experience in advanced accelerator and high-voltage infrastructure, Justin has served as a primary technical authority on multiple large-scale turnkey programs for international research institutions and industrial partners. His scope spans system-level architecture, high-voltage and power distribution design, embedded systems, custom control hardware, industrial automation software, safety-critical control platforms, and grounding and EMI strategy. He works closely across electrical, mechanical, and physics teams to ensure cohesive, reliable system execution. Justin holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical Engineering and is a licensed Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) in Canada, trusted to own the most technically demanding problems, setting direction and delivering solutions that enable complex, non-standard systems to be executed with confidence.
