2.45 GHz ECR Ion Source, Turnkey System

A D-Pace Turnkey System provides the equipment and supporting infrastructure required to generate, control, and measure the ion beam. This system incorporates D-Pace’s 2.45 GHz ECR Ion Source based on technology licensed from Neutron Therapeutics, along with the required power supplies, vacuum and gas-handling equipment, controls, power distribution, safeguarding system, and integrated cooling circuit. High-voltage, X-Ray, and Microwave hazards are housed within an safeguarded enclosure. The customer is responsible for providing the required facility services, including AC power, air for pneumatics, and cooled facility water.
