Andrew Paul

Andrew Paul is an Engineering Physicist, E.I.T. at D-Pace, where he leads the design, improvement, and commercialization of turnkey ion source systems for advanced accelerator applications. With over six years of experience in the accelerator industry, Andrew bridges physics and engineering to deliver high-performance ion beam solutions for research, industrial, and medical markets. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering Physics from Carleton University and a Master’s degree in Accelerator Physics from the University of Victoria, giving him deep expertise in beam physics, ion source technology, and system integration. Known for his practical, detail-driven approach, Andrew is passionate about translating complex accelerator concepts into robust commercial products. Outside of work, he enjoys long days on his mountain bike and skiing deep powder.
