2.45 GHz ECR Ion Source
High Current Positive Ion Source • ECR Technology • Neutron Therapeutics Licensed
IS.ECR-010
Microwave-driven plasma generation provides excellent beam stability, low maintenance requirements, and long service intervals, making the source well suited for continuous research and industrial accelerator applications. The D-Pace ECR Ion Source delivers high beam currents of 30 mA or greater for singly charged (1+) gaseous ions, with beam-current stability of ±1% over 24 hours. This source is also equipped with tunable solenoids and variable extraction energy to allow for different plasma configurations and beam energy variation.
