ANAND GEORGE is a Lead Physicist at D-Pace, where he leads the development of advanced ion source technologies. His work involves hands-on experimentation and modeling of plasma-based systems, with a strong emphasis on translating experimental physics into robust, operational solutions. With over eight years of experience in the ion source field, Anand has contributed to the optimization and characterization of ion source technologies for both research and applied applications.
Anand earned a PhD in Physics from the University of Auckland, New Zealand, and completed postdoctoral research at TRIUMF, Canada. He also brings approximately ten years of industrial R&D experience from India, working at the interface of experimental plasma physics and large-scale manufacturing of plasma-based commercial lighting systems.
